Not just a cake lady. If you have been here for a while you know my background is in morning pastries. The first week baking for @canyoncoffee in the books and I am blown away at the response from the community. I am feeling excited about the journey, making things up as I go, actively trying to find solutions to produce more (ie need a real oven, part time help).
