Protein pancakes š„
Ingredients:
- 25g Blended Oats
- 1x Egg
- 70g Ripe Banana
- 25g @jellybellycandyco Toasted Marshmallow Protein Powder
- 20g sugar free golden syrup
- 50ml Oat Milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 10g Mini Marshmallows
- 10g Mini Chocolate Chips
- 8g White Chocolate Protein Spread
- 1/2 Digestive Biscuit
Method:
- Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl and then mix in the dry ingredients.
- Heat a large pan/skillet and spray with frylight, then spoon your mixture onto the hot pan and cook on each side until golden.
- Add your pancakes to a plate, top with half of your marshmallows and half of your choc chips then pop into the oven for 5 minutes, then top with your melted white chocolate and the remainder of your marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Crumble over your digestive biscuit then ENJOY!
