Working with @bhldn as a #BHLDNPartner and @watters gave me the experience beyond what I could have ever imagined as a #bhldnbride. We spent years together fine-tuning the details of our wedding dresses. The team took the time to get to know us in order to pair who we are with pieces of our dress. The Watters team came up with the idea of tying a little message into my dress for Kate, and they came up with “Our Family is Defined by Love” with a little stitching of Paisley in it. They came up with this because they listened to our stories and experiences as women of the queer community, and to have that as a part of me on my wedding dress on my big day was a feeling I couldn’t describe. Not to mention Kate’s reaction to seeing it for the first time :). I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about working with the @BHDLN and @watters team. I am grateful for you both!
