Please let yourself laugh at this blooper from yesterdays reel making 😅 I swear, I’m fine and between the audio and my face this has given me some good hearted laughs today. The BEST part of this blooper is I fell while making a balancing tips video - the irony right? And that is precisely why im sharing it with you today! In your practice of anything - workouts, body neutrality, meditation...you name it - no matter how many tools you have in your toolbox, at some point, you’re gonna fall.
