The Latinx ERG at BUCK came together in October for Latinx Heritage Month — the annual celebration that observes the history, cultures, and influence of Latin American people in the United States. The result was "Full Belly, Happy Heart", an anthology of recipes, of life, love, and tasty things. Diego Abad (@diegoabadb), a Senior 2D Animator out of our NYC office, focused his efforts on the ingredients for the tastiest of simple dishes, the quesadilla, in the form of this wonderfully illustrated infographic.
