Dear company leaders, invest in women, invest in opportunities, invest in the potential for change. A job description and/or salary should NOT be defined by gender identity, sexual orientation, or the color of ones skin. And yet because a woman earns less than a man, she must work longer hours for the same pay for the same job. And to top it off, there’s less of a path for women to grow in the workplace.
