#Keto Peanut Butter Mochi 🍡 Followed the recipe from @sophiesketochoice (yes I just love her recipes!) and added peanut butter to the center and sesame seeds on top... the texture is very soft and smooth, though not as “chewy” as the real thing, but did I mention it has only about 40 calories and less than 1 net carb each? And all it takes was 2 minutes of cook time in the microwave? . 跟著Sophie的食譜做了#生酮麻糬 ,太簡單了。雖然沒有人間版本的Q韌,但沒有carbs還想怎樣😛偷懶不想打什麼芝麻花生餡所以隨便填些無糖花生醬在中間,已經很好吃了。用一大一小兩只湯匙做型很方便,五分鐘完成,每件連花生醬也不過40卡路里,淨碳水不到1g,真是太幸福了😍 . KETO MOCHI w/ PEANUT BUTTER . Ingredients 21g of coconut flour 6g of psyllium husk powder 2 tsp of lakanto monk fruit sweetener 120g of water 6 tsp of peanut butter (lightly salted & unsweetened) . Steps 1. Mix everything in a microwaveable bowl until you have a gooey and sticky texture 2. Heat in a microwave at 600w for 2 minutes 3. Shape the mochi as you wish and fill the center with 1 tsp of peanut butter each. The dough is hot so please be careful. It was quite easy when I spooned out the mochi dough with a dinner spoon, then flatten, fill the center, and seal the mochi all using a tea spoon.
