How I would train to get better at my sport... Too many people follow a gym routine that has zero correlation with how they want to play their sport or what they want to achieve Footballers are the biggest culprits, easily. No... your endless leg extension to leg curl super sets will get you pretty much nowhere As will hitting every possible degree of incline and decline on the bench press... My advice Look at your sport, what movements or even muscles are used a lot How are they used? With power? Sprints? Long & repetitive? Then start picking exercises that fit these criteria If you are having trouble with this...
