Kevin & Brian’s wedding celebration at Manhattan’s iconic The Pool and The Grill. They were inspired by the Seagram building’s architecture designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and the restaurant designed by Philip Johnson, two of the biggest figures in modernist architecture and design. They wanted the sleek architecture of the venue and the surrounding artwork to speak for itself while enhancing the space with simplistic ikebana driven floral design. As guests made their way to the dance floor, Artie Shaw’s “Begin The Beguine” played for Kevin and Brian’s special joint Mother Son dance.
