It’s funny sometimes where life can take you, and how all the little coincidences will lead you back to people who are meant to be in your life. When I was 12, my parents took me to my first concert to see @ekdahllisa She was my favorite artist, and having the chance to see her perform live was such a special and unforgettable memory. A few years later, our paths crossed again. (I was a brave little girl who was determined to connect with her.) Long story short, I began babysitting Lisa’s wonderful little son Milton and went on tour with her. Keep in mind, this was 25 years ago and before I moved to America. Yesterday while visiting with my dad in Sweden, I saw a poster of Lisa. I sent her a message, and today I brought my kids to see her perform. Even 25 years later, she is as radiant, beautiful, and soulful as she was the day I saw her in concert as a teenager.
