Kisa is an homage to Kisa Sikdang, known as the "drivers’ restaurant that emerged in the ‘80s, catering to taxi drivers. Kisa Sikdang offers authentic Korean cuisine that satisfies both the palate and the wallet.
"Kisa" brings the authentic taste of Korea to NYC. Since the opening in April, this place has become one of this year’s hottest new Korean restaurants with lines out the door every day. In addition to their affordable dinner sets, they are now serving lunch sets on weekends (Friday-Sunday 11am-3pm or until sold out) Kisa’s lunch menu recently launched with just two items: 감자탕 GAMJATANG $18
Spicy pork bone soup, a hearty stew with slow simmered pork bones, potatoes, and vegetables. The soup base is flavored with gochujang, soybean paste, and Korean chili flakes topped with sesame and perilla seeds for rich nuttiness. (Served with rice and banchan) 돈까스 DONKATSU $17
Deep-fried breaded pork cutlet with demi-glace, inspired by Japanese tonkatsu, but has a distinct Korean culinary touch. (Served with rice, cabbage salad, pickled radish, and potato macaroni salad) Both lunch sets are so amazing! Check this place out! 📍 205 Allen St, New York, NY . . . . . . #nyc #foodtiktok #trending #dessert #desserts #cool #foodies #foodie #sweettooth #food #yummy #yummyfood #cutefood #newyork #newyorkcity #nycfood #nycfoodie #eating #cheapeats #drinks #koreanfood #tonkatsu #korean #korea
