I had the privilege of sharing a few of our traditional holiday recipes in the holiday issue of @westernhorseman , a magazine that I’ve read since I was a kid. When asked, I knew that this prime rib roast would be included, no question. I make it for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and this one is perfect because the reverse sear method allows you to pull the roast to rest while every other dish is being finalized and then you can sear it right before you serve. It feels fool proof. Like I told my husband on Thanksgiving, “I’ve never ruined a prime rib” ☺︎
