If you’re constantly talking down on yourself and referencing yourself in a negative way, you’ll never reach your goals.
Our negative self talk plays a huge role in our journey. Whatever you believe about yourself, you’re going to start reflecting the habits that make those believed TRUE. And it’ll happen at such a subconscious level that you won’t even realize you did it to yourself. And then your story will stay exactly the same and you’ll stay in this loop forever
“I’m never consistent” “I always fall off” “I’m not a morning person” “I’ll never be strong enough” “I’ll never be confident enough”
these statements will dictate the outcome. Something we work heavily on with our clients and pushing them to start talking in positive “I am” statements. Even if you don’t believe it at first, the more you say it, the more you’ll start to believe it. And the more positive outcomes you’ll start to experience.
Your reality can be anything you want it to be. If you start accepting more positive, you’ll start to NOTICE more good things and you’ll eventually get exactly where you’re trying to be! You already have EVERYTHING YOU NEED within you, to be successful 💗
