The goal of this video is to highlight some unexpected positives that can come from a short term negative situation. For those who were laid off: they can gain meaningful employment and make bigger impact in a smaller business than they would have in a larger corporation, while providing for their families. For the businesses: they will have access to talent that they otherwise might not be able to. Allowing them to take the learnings from big corp and apply them to small corp. Growth at all costs in nature is called cancer, it’s natural for things to go in cycles between growth and contraction.
