Your girl has been published!!! My latest editorial as a photographer/hmua can be found on @flanellemagazine website, & truly I couldn’t be more stoked!!!! I have been artistic as far back as I can remember. Taking dance, gymnastics, painting, creative writing. I love the freedom to create & try new mediums. This past year I gave myself permission to not remain the same and to stop putting myself into a box as “just” a hair, & makeup artist (I say that because fear has always kept me from trying new things for looking weird, or not staying in my lane) I gave myself permission to play, to make mistakes, & to begin incorporating new mediums into my craft. I silently began teaching myself film photography. Devoting hours upon hours learning, reading and examining fashion, and editorial photography. With trial, and LOTS of error I began to build my confidence, & make art I felt proud of. This new found passion is a way for me to express myself, & create in new ways I never imagined possible. I can’t wait to share more of how I mix together hair/makeup, fashion, film photography, and much more as I push my artistry to new boundaries.
