šš» I always start my workouts with compound exercises. I get all the barbell/dumbbell work out of the way and wrap up with machines when Iām tired and using proper form gets tough
šš» The single arm pulldown is a great exercise to incorporate after a lat pulldown. You can go relatively heavy on the lat pulldown and then use a light weight for the single arm. Guaranteed to set your lats on fire
