I’m afraid there is no magic pill or sticker that will do the work for you. It takes time, patience and quality information to work on sleep. I wish there was a magic sticker that did this for you, but there isn’t. Essential oils are ok in moderation - be sparing around babies and children), but they won’t fix sleep or make someone fall asleep. They are not a sedative. They can help us build sensory associations as part of our bedtime routine which can then help us relax. If you want to do that then a bottle of lavender oil is £5.
