*Warning: Pictures 2-4 may be graphic for some people* Bear went in for a much needed dental cleaning (plus some extractions), and ended up having a 3.5 hour long dental surgery. Bear’s teeth were so bad that the Vet had to remove 16 teeth 😭. It is clear that at some point before I rescued him, Bear chewed on a chain or something like that. He was found in deplorable conditions by a Good Samaritan before I took him on. His teeth were so worn down and some broken (swipe to see pics). Bear never allowed me to examine the severity of his dental, and he’s extremely defensive with medical staff. I’m beating myself up for not doing this sooner. 😭😭 Bear is recovering nicely, he’s expected to drool some blood and has some swelling. This morning, he woke up with a big appetite🙏🏽. Bear’s procedure was way more money than I anticipated, and it’s left me with a debt of $795 at his Vet. Please consider helping me out with Bear’s dental surgery. Any help is truly appreciated.
