Let me introduce myself 🫡❤️‍🔥 I grew up overweight, battling low self-esteem and using food as my escape. My parents worked tirelessly to provide for us, but financial struggles were constant. I felt stuck in a life I thought I couldn’t change—until I realized I could. In high school, my doctor warned me I was on track to becoming pre-diabetic. That was the wake-up call I needed. I committed to change, transforming not just my body but my mindset. For the first time, I believed in myself and knew I could achieve anything I set my mind to. That belief carried me through some of the most challenging times in my life. In 2017, my father passed away from cancer. Losing him was devastating emotionally and financially for my family. I had to step up—taking time off from school and doing whatever I could to support my family through one of the darkest times we’d ever faced. His passing taught me how short life is and pushed me to live with purpose and pursue my passions. Through it all, fitness was my constant. It grounded me, taught me discipline, and gave me a sense of control when life felt overwhelming. I became a certified trainer, started coaching part-time while finishing school, and used fitness to stay connected to my goals. In May 2022, I graduated with a mechanical engineering degree—a dream I once thought was impossible. But I knew my passion for helping others through fitness was greater. In 2023, I committed to transforming myself again, losing 50 pounds while building my coaching business on the side while working full-time. By May 2024, I made the leap and left engineering behind to become a full-time coach. Fitness has completely transformed every part of my life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. No matter the odds stacked against you, if I can do it, I know you can too. Thank you for being here.
