After noticing kids playing and riding bikes at a demolition site in Baltimore, Nneka N’namdi began addressing environmental hazards in her community. It is because of people like Nneka that we are proud to have Baltimore City Public Schools and Baltimore City Recreation and Parks as our first partners in our 25 in 5 Initiative to ensure every child in Baltimore has access to safe places to play.
