We are so sorry this has taken a few hours to make. It’s been a very emotional night. We have seen so many companies speak on #evri delivery and we are now speaking on them as well. Over the past few weeks customers have contacted us saying parcels have been tampered with stolen and tracking errors. This just isn’t okay. We haven’t spoken on this due to an ongoing dispute with them loosing so many parcels last year that they still haven’t resolved or responded to us properly - it nearly ruined our business. To see customers getting ripped open bags and no orders again is just heartbreaking as customer experience comes first. Evri have took weeks if not months to respond to us at all. We have started using Royal Mail more on our website - and tiktok shop will be moved to DPD. Please know we are so sorry for this happening to affected customers. We will be pursuing it further now. #evri #hermes
