✨Monday: 5 easy miles + Chest & back
✨Tuesday: 7 miles w 1k & 2ks + Leg day
✨Wednesday: Hyrox workout + Power
✨Thursday: 8 miles w 40 min @ 6:40 + Leg day
✨Friday: Easy 4 miles + Shoulders, arms & core
✨Saturday: 17 w touch of speed
✨Sunday: 3 recovery miles
Almost to the end of week 8 now & can’t wait to see where the next 2 months of prep take me. 🙏🏼
