It is my strong opinion that business owners not knowing and upholding their end of the law/ store policy. Every business should understand and know the basics about service dog laws. They should ask the two questions and train employees on how to spot problematic behaviors such as pottying, lunging/barking and uncontrollable smelling of the products.
