On August 10, 1972, Christo and Jeanne-Claude completed the Valley Curtain, a 381-meter-wide orange curtain installed between two Colorado mountain slopes. To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the project, Summervail 2022 and Vail Symposium will present an international panel to discuss the conception, development, and continuing legacy of the Valley Curtain.
