A momentous evening. My first sea bass after years of trying. So special, the best fish I ever tasted (I’m sure mostly to do with the occasion) but crispy skin, fresh as it gets with a simple tomato salad, aioli and homemade oven chips. Heaven! Hope you all had a lovely weekend 🧡
