The northern boundary of this narrow 11-metre block in Northcote was a primary focus for architect Antony Martin when he took on the design of this brand new sustainable build.⁠ ⁠ Pulling back from the fence line allowed not only for more light to enter the tiered interior, but also for the creation of a centralised courtyard.
