the first lil series I programmed for @academymuseum starts on Sunday 👀 this October, we are screening five films that prove ghost stories exist in many forms 👻Traditionally reserved for the horror genre, spirits are also frequently conjured in comedies, thrillers, fantasies, and dramas, and can be found apparating throughout the history of the medium and across many national cinemas 🔮 This spooky season, we invite you to haunt our cinemas with us for five very different Oscar-nominated or -winning ghost stories . . . .
