Pre-orders are on a first come first served basis and are shipped accordingly. We have already started shipping out products! Where is my tracking number? Once your order is ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number. Please make sure your mailbox is not full. For all orders placed Sept 1st to Sept 4th, your tracking numbers will be sent out within the next 24 hours. We have a lot of orders to fulfill so please be patient <3 How long will shipping take once I receive my tracking? USPS First Class Mail and FedEx Ground delivery time is generally 3-9 business days. My tracking number shows no movement: your order is en route. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to process with the Post Office. Where can I find Classic Horror Queens in stores? The CHQ Lash Collection can be found at The 99 Store and a few select Dollar Trees. The CHQ Makeup Collection is only found at The 99 Store. Will you restock?
