How do you measure your value? 🤔 . . I used to think it’s how big I could grow a business, how much money I could make from a contract, how many TV segments I could book for clients ... . . 🦋 Your VALUE and contribution to the world is wider than that. . Did you volunteer at the library? Did you help raise money for charity? Did you devote your summer planning culturally enriching activities for kids? . . That’s all adding value. . My husband told me today that I’m the real rock 🪨 of our family - funny, I view him as the rock. But, he looked deep into my eyes and proclaimed the immense value (and “glue”) I bring to the family. . So, next time you’re questioning a pause (be it an extended off wrap, or a seasonal shift) know that your value is greater than just your professional accomplishments. .
