No one is asking for you to memorize like you about to be on a @tylerperry movie set, but you need to have an idea of what you want to say. Biggest issues i have seen on our mock interviews at the #premedcookout are students pausing for extended periods of times and saying um while gathering their answer. This is why you must practice (its okay to pause briefly for few seconds but long pauses for minutes is not a good boo). Another pro tip, practice interview question then record - this way you can check to here what you sound like.
