To our sweet pup, brother, best friend, and King of the backyard... who took better care of us than we ever could of him... who wanted to be as close as possible to us and would always check in... who loved to talk to us, smile, swim, never stop walking, fluff his pillows, eat off a fork, open doors, and pick out his own treats... who made anyone who had ever come over feel special... You had so much love to give and were truly one of a kind—so much more than a dog to everyone. We were so lucky you chose our family from the streets 10 years ago. You were taken much too soon but will be with us forever. I know you will always be looking out too. You got us through so much. I love you Dexter. Rest easy and run free.
