It’s been a full year since my buddy left this world... but the hurt still feels like it was yesterday. It’s wild how this unspoken bond between human and pet can be so powerful. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about Nico. I never want to forget him, but the desire to fill this hole in my heart is massive.
