Happy belated National Fitness Day 🎉🤸🏼 What a day. Today I took over @superdrug’s page on behalf of @optimumnutrition_uk for a 45 minute workout. Yes I teach live classes most days, but today working for two big brands was a huge step for me. So as I said in my story if you joined me, thank you, I see you and I appreciate you 💜 I’m completely overwhelmed with clients at the mo, but grateful for everyone that walks through the doors and supports me.
