π MODIFY YOUR YOGA β’ β Working on your crow? Then try ANY of these modifications which will help you gain confidence, strength and flexibility. Repetition is the key to helping us feel familiar with the asana as we develop muscle memory as well as physical and mental strength.
π TIPS: When trying any of these options, πΈbring your big toe towards the midline and pull your heel up towards your glutes. πΈ As you bring your gaze forwards, pull your hips back and down, while pushing the floor away with your palms. Enjoy it! π
