New beginnings is what my coach keeps mentioning. On the long flights back home after competing, I always do deep thinking and reminisce over my overall experience, it’s ultimately one of my favorite aspects when competing. Naturally I can be self critical and I always try to study how I performed on stage. The new structured game plan is set for me and I know what’s needed to be done in order to be competitive at the @mrolympiallc this year, It will be no easy task by any means but these are the challenges that get me up every morning. I will be entering a growth phase where I will solely focus on growing and building more density to my physique, This year will be different. I will continue to share my journey on here and YouTube.
