💙 Improve Your Single Leg Balance 💙
Do you feel like standing on one foot is much easier right compared to left?
Or do you notice you are much stronger on one side versus the other?
Do you bias one side when completing activities or sports?
This might mean you need to improve your single leg balance, while also increasing your single leg strength.
⭐️ Here are 3 different options to work on your balance and keep it challenging!
1. Single Leg Balance Handoffs- Maintain a slight bend in the knee but challenge yourself by adding heavier weight to your hands.
2. Single Leg RDLs- These are great not only for balance but for working the posterior chain
