Happy New Year! 🥂✨ What a way to begin the year… seeing my beloved Lucy mocktail from our wedding featured in The New York Times today in @bridesstyle’s latest trends story! Mocktails should be just as special and intentional, and these were served from cocktail hour through dessert hour and our guests loved them! ☁️ I had this idea of a white foamy drink with Lucy’s cute face floating on top, lol. Her eyes were made with crispy black rice, her nose with an espresso bean, and her flower with almond sugar paste, all resting atop silky egg-white foam with soursop.
