They are known for their huevos divorciados or fried eggs doused in a red and green salsa. But I am here to try their Chilaquiles Verdes which came with refried beans and your preferred eggs. I added arrachera or grilled skirt steak for extra protein. I thoroughly enjoyed the authentic taste but I wish they had more green salsa to my chilaquiles.
