Day 1 as covid positive. Sept 18’22. I still am finding myself in the chaos. I have always taken good care of my self but you may never know in life. So yesterday i wasn’t feeling well & as per advised took few random tests & turned out i am positive. Then next day i had no energy to wakeup & i felt symptom’s which were different i was restless, my throat was hurting , my body was meek and my nose runny... Thankfully my husband is here to take care of me . I pray for everyone who is suffering from covid & suggest not to push yourself when you not feel like waking up, not to force yourself to go to work when the body doesn’t allow. Health is everything! If you are in best of health; you will love and enjoy everything. So better be in yourself, regain your strength, sleep and eat well.
