Beyond Possibility: Beautiful, Magical, Scary & Dangerous✨ 6 rehearsals. No put-in. Text at 10:45 am. Theatre at 12:05. Learned blocking/lifts I had never done before. My hats didn’t fit over the wig I had never worn. Costumes were still being made. My shoes wouldn’t glide. I ripped my “Billie Jean” jacket. My glove fell off. I dropped a few lines. I flubbed a few lyrics. I told a story. I was extremely present. I cried multiple times. I don’t remember much, but it will probably go down in history as my favorite blur. Thank you to my @mjthemusical team for your support. Never in a million years did I think an entire Broadway audience would yell my name. I’m just going to let that moment sit in my soul for the rest of my life. At the end of the day, I’m proud to still be that little boy who went to a @janetjackson concert at the age of 8, and whose life was changed forever.
