✨ Why I Use Sleep Protection ✨ The only way I can keep my hair looking good the days after washing is by using sleep protection! My perfect combo is a buff with a wide band bonnet on top. I used to sleep with a buff on its own but it used to slide up at the back through the night and would disrupt my curls. The wide band of my bonnet keeps my buff in place all night and keeps my curls fully protected! I didn't even need to refresh on this occasion which was great!
