Keto Chocolate Hazelnut Mochi 🍫🍡🔥
Made #keto mochi again and this time a tablespoon of pure cocoa powder was added to the mochi dough and I replaced the lakanto with #erythritol
The center was filled with #nuttvia chocolate hazelnut spread and the whole thing just totally went up another level 😍
Imagine an explosion of soft, gooey mochi and smooth chocolate hazelnut richness on your tastebuds... all with nearly no sugar and carbs!! I was in total heaven 👼🏻

這次挑戰做朱古力榛子口味的#生酮麻糬 ,太太太好吃了啊😍基本上還是沿用 @sophiesketochoice 的食譜但添加了可可粉和無糖榛子醬。一口咬下去,帶流心效果的朱古力榛子醬在軟滑的麻糬間迸發出來,又香又滑的美味卻幾乎全無糖份,真心有把舌頭都吞掉的衝動啊😝

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT KETO MOCHI

Ingredients
21g of coconut flour
6g of psyllium husk powder
1 tbp of pure cocoa powder (extra for dusting)
3 tsp of erythritol
120g of water
6 tsp of Nuttvia hazelnut spread

Steps
1. Mix everything in a microwaveable bowl until you have a gooey and sticky texture
2. Heat in a microwave at 600w for 2 minutes
3. Shape the mochi as you wish and fill the center with 1 tsp of nuttvia hazelnut spread each. One way to do it would be to spoon out the mochi dough with a dinner spoon, then flatten, fill the center, and seal the mochi using another small tea spoon
4. Dust the mochi with extra cocoa powder to finish. Enjoy! 😋
