Dear Future Wife, I’ve been thinking about you a lot and I just wanted to encourage you. You don’t have to be perfect, in fact I expect you to be far from it. Society tells us that our love will be a fairy tale and that when we know, we will know. There may be some truth to this, but I also know dying to our selfish desires daily won’t be easy. Love is hard because we will be two flawed people coming together with good intentions but with hearts that have a sinful nature. Be encouraged though and be open to how God is working in our hearts. It’s through him that we will learn to love with grace, patience, kindness and optimism. Lean into God and know that he loves you so deeply and has your best intentions. When the time is right we will be prepared to do life together. Also, pray for patience, because you’re going to have to forgive my rotten self a lot 😂😂😂.
