WOW! Our Breathpod LIVE workshop last night with 200 of you was so incredible! 🤯 We’ve been trying to rest today but still bouncing off the walls! It was uplifting and inspiring to meet so many of you, hear your stories, and connect in person. Really so special. Can’t believe some of you travelled from across the country, even abroad to join the session! It’s been a dream come true to be able to host an event like last night and share the magic of breathwork in person with so many. The energy was powerful and electric. Thank you so much to everyone who came. We are so grateful for you joining our sessions and being part of this ride with us. There’s so much happening in the world, so much needing to change. But rather than change the external, the greatest service we can do for the world is to start by changing and healing ourselves. As the great teacher Krishnamurti says “You are what the world is, and without your transformation there can be no transformation of the world”. So thank you for showing up for yourselves, last night and for each other. When you do this you not only help yourselves but you help those around you, your family, friends and community. Being able to hang after was the perfect ending and seeing you all chatting was such a joy ❤️ Yesterday couldn’t of happened without a whole lot of people.
