Every winter I like to get a farmers almanac for the upcoming seasons. This year it predicted a mild,cool, and wet summer and so far it has not disappointed! Compared to years past this midsummer feels especially nourishing to work in the garden and tend to all the plants under a forgiving sun. All the herbs, flowers, and veggies are thriving and in good company with all the bumble bees and hummingbirds.
