We’ve been farming rooftops since 2010 and sometimes, we completely forget what our roofs looked like not so long ago. 🤯 The first photo of building 3 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard was taken by Derek Clayton in the spring of 2012. Our team HUSTLED to build our second farm in time for the growing season. The second photo was taken in the fall of 2013, about a year and a half later. It’s wild to think about the life these roofs have lived (and to think that our office used to be a shipping container 🤪)!
