It was an honor to come to the @isdsworld conference in Thessaloniki, Greece this weekend to discuss male aesthetics. One of the most important principles when treating men is to avoid feminizing the face (if that is their preference, of course). In this handsome patient, I improved the malar festoons (under-eye bags), corrected the volume loss of the cheek & chin, and lifted the eyelid position. My main goal when treating a patient is to give the patient a refreshed appearance while maintaining their signature look. A patient should never look different after having injectables. Just look like they took a long nap. My approach to treating men is slightly different than my injection points for women. For example, I don’t treat the lateral brow in men because it can arch the brow & cause a more feminine appearance.
