A few years ago during my awakening I started recognizing one of the foods that I don’t always eat everyday, but when I do, I realized was deeply grounding for me, is potatoes.
As an earth deficient natal chart, (I’m fire and air predominant) I recognized that sometimes a little small helping of fries or potatoes, prepared well, with whole ingredients and love, make me feel so centered and grounded.
Root vegetables can tend to have that effect on us in loving amounts.
I just wanted to leave this here, because tis the season we are about to start talking about SAD. Seasonal Depression, as we enter the fall and winter, in some parts of the world, I’d definitely look into what foods could naturally boost your mood.
Stay away from as much processed foods as possible, and limited your chemicals! Drink your water, get vitamin d where you can. Get into your self love, move your body! We gone be good through fall and winter!
