You would think that when your children reach their thirties, are grown, married, well educated, highly successful and have children of their own, that they would be so busy they would leave you alone. But not so. Especially those daughters. They are always looking for some mischief and it never ever ends my friends😂😂🌟 And my beautiful daughter @no1doesitlikelc is a makeup mischief maker. So what does she do? She calls me and challenges me to do a yellow/ golden eye look that she says might not be easy given my skin tones . An eye look that will look crazy on me? My favorite kind🧐And she added due tomorrow 🥹Now right now my body is a science experiment. We have to wait for perfect conditions to ensure an optimal outcome; no facial swelling, tremors, back pain, vision problems and I have to get the my blending game on. Well my husband is a scientist and I have learned sometimes even when conditions aren’t perfect you may at least get something that’s worth sharing. And there are a lot of you beautiful queens with challenges and days with less than perfect conditions, but beauty is not about perfection. It’s about creating your space of affirmation and just having the courage to show up. This isn’t perfect but baby girl I love you for seeing the truth of my strength. You knew despite the hard week I was having I could and deserved to play beneath the beauty of the midday sun.
