Did you hear?? We've confirmed STEVE BARTEK of OINGO BOINGO as a special guest for DEVOtional 2022 (Sept. 16/17 in Cleveland, OH at @beachlandcle ). Steve Bartek of OINGO BOINGO: The movie music maestro and Jerry Casale collaborator will join us at DEVOtional for the first time. At age 14, Steve Bartek began his career when he joined Strawberry Alarm Clock in 1967. Bartek was Oingo Boingo’s lead guitarist and coproducer for 20 years (1975-1995). His boundless list of movie soundtrack credits with Danny Elfman include Goodwill Hunting, Mission: Impossible, and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness. In 2021, Steve collaborated with DEVO’s Gerald V. Casale on his “I’m Gonna Pay U Back” single, and the new “The Invisible Man” EP which is scheduled to drop in 2022. DETAILS AT DEVO-OBSESSO.COM
